That would constitute to “outraging the modesty” wouldn’t it? Come to think of it, what is the difference between “molest” and “outraging the modesty”? Let’s dwell further into the subject or molestation. When I hear someone being molested, the first thing that comes to mind is an old impotent cock rubbing his salty hands on some chicks backside. Outraging the modesty is far more serious. It can lead to rape. The word “outraging” in itself already describes the seriousness of this behaviour. I imagine the act as someone who had push the “modest woman” on the floor or against the wall, and giving her a good rub over. That would really outrage the modest women like hell wouldn’t it?

Unlike molestation, which is always very mild and leaves no physical scars or injuries on the molester and the molested, outraging someone’s treasured modesty may well leave some deep scratches on the “outrager” if the “outragee” decides to fight back the outrage.

So coming back after a lengthy think over, why would a former cabinet minister want to molest a waitress? Could it be due to an excess intake of male testerone pills causing him to lose control of his common senses which were clouded by his perverted urges? Else can someone enlighten me as to why a middle age man, be he a an ordinary man on the street, or a former cabinet minister go and molest some waitress.
